For the kitchens, we start by cleaning the ceiling for dust, degreasing cupboards tops, inside, countertops doors and door handles. The hob extractor is degreased and left shiny together with a deep oven clean.

Fridges, cookers and washing machines are cleaned and deodorised. The floor will be steam cleaned and mopped.

The kitchen sink will be descaled and washed and polished.

The bathroom/toilets are deep cleaned from top to bottom. Bathroom taps are descaled, walls wiped and polished. The bathroom sinks will be polished including all bathroom shelving. Mirrors will be left sparkling clean. The toilet seat is disinfected, cleaned and left stain free. The bathroom floors are steamed cleaned and sanitised. Handles and shower rails will be deep cleaned and polished.

The lounge/living rooms will be thoroughly cleaned, and all furniture will be moved about to make sure that no dirt will be left behind or under. Wooden floors are swept and mopped.

Carpets will be vacuumed and all upholstery will be dusted to the highest standard. All picture frames will be dusted and glass will be cleaned. All pieces of furniture are dusted and polished. Inside windows and window sills will also be cleaned. In the hallways and corridors, all radiators and essential shelving such as shoe-racks, hat stands and brolly-stands will be cleaned and polished.

We provide a professional moving in clean service, better known as a pre-tenancy clean. This is an ideal professional service for both tenants and landlords. It is the same as an End of Tenancy clean BUT just done before moving in. Our cleaners can do both a light clean and a deep clean depending on what you require.

End of Cleaning Checklist

When our professional home cleaners arrive to do a clean, along with their equipment and cleaning products they will have a checklist to follow. This allows them to work fast and efficiently without missing out on any part of your home. They will have a checklist for each area that they will be cleaning and will sign off the area once every part of the checklist has been completed.

Our end of tenancy cleaning checklist is as follows:

Should I defrost my fridge and freezer in advance?

It will be ideal to defrost the fridge/freezer at least 24 hours before the clean. If it is still frozen when the cleaning team arrives, they might not be able to clean it properly.

How many cleaners will you send?

The number of cleaners is depended on the size of the property and the state of it too. We usually undertake a visit before the clean to assess the manpower required and any other logistical needs.

Do you require any deposit?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. This can be paid either via our bank account or we can send you a payment link.

Do I have to pay extra for any parking fees or congestion charges?

Parking is the only thing that may require an extra expense for your cleaning service. Our cleaners will always try to find a parking spot free of charge when they arrive. If there is none available, you will be required to cover the cost of the parking fee for the time our team spends cleaning the property. If your home is within the Congestion Charge zone, you will be asked to meet this charge as well. To be sure of avoiding this, book your cleaning service at the weekend or on a bank holiday, when Congestion Charge fees do not apply in London.

Can you clean the property whilst I am away?

Yes, we can do the end of tenancy cleaning whilst you are away. However, you will need to arrange access for us by telling us where to pick up the keys or if someone you trust will meet us there.

You should make sure that all your belongings are out of the property before we arrive. If you cannot take them all out, you can leave them in one room or wardrobe, so they are out of the way. Secondly, please defrost the freezer 24hrs before we arrive.
